• The Service is experimental, for informational and research purposes only.
• It is not a medical device, is not MDR-approved, and is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, or insulin dosing decisions.
• Always seek advice from qualified healthcare professionals. Do not use the Service in emergencies or base insulin dosing solely on outputs from the Service.

4. Accounts and Security

• Authenticate via Google OAuth and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access or security issues.

5. Acceptable Use

• Use the Service only in compliance with applicable EU/UK laws.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, uploading harmful code, or interfering with the Service.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or misleading content.

6. Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we process personal and special category data as described there, including limited use of analytics and third-party AI APIs.

7. Third-Party Services

We integrate with third parties such as Google OAuth, Google Analytics, and AI providers (e.g., OpenAI). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service and its content. You may not copy, modify, distribute, create derivative works, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, or delayed.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or health outcomes arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the total fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these Terms, present a security risk, or as required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by EU law where applicable; otherwise, the laws of England and Wales apply. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, then non-binding mediation in the UK. If unresolved, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

14. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
